The ckk999 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. ckk999 applies age verification procedures to all newly registered Accounts. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all Funds held will be returned to the original Payment Method used for deposit, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.
The Platform is operated for and directed towards players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ckk999 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ckk999 Platform. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of ckk999, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming or wagering activity on the Platform.

ckk999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address; and payment verification documentation confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ckk999 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or Account termination.
All Accounts on the ckk999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. ckk999 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ckk999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify ckk999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ckk999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain credential security, subject to applicable law.
Security Warning: ckk999 will never ask for your full password. Any communication claiming to be from ckk999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. Report such communications to [email protected] immediately.
ckk999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a Payment Method registered in your own name. ckk999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
The minimum deposit amount on the ckk999 Platform is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific Payment Methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ckk999 Account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take 15 minutes to 4 business hours depending on the processing bank. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card network processing times.
ckk999 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual Accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the Account Settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits.
If a deposit transaction fails after funds have left your Payment Method but before they are credited to your ckk999 balance, you must contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number and timestamp. ckk999 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 2 business days.
Withdrawals from your ckk999 Account may only be made to a Payment Method registered in your own name that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account confirmed through the KYC process. ckk999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. ckk999 charges no platform fee on withdrawals; however, your Payment Method provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.
ckk999 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, if the Account balance includes uncleared Bonus funds subject to active Wagering Requirements, or if a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review. ckk999 will communicate the reason for any delay to the Player within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ckk999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy classification and fee application.
ckk999 offers various Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement of at least 30x the Bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards Wagering Requirements; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 20%; and instant games contribute 50%. These contribution rates are indicative and may vary per promotion.
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear Wagering Requirements, or using third-party software to automate wagering — constitutes Bonus abuse. ckk999 reserves the right to void all Bonuses and winnings and suspend the Account of any Player found to be engaging in Bonus abuse.
Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of being credited to an Account will expire automatically. Once a Bonus has expired, it cannot be reinstated. Active Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 days of the Bonus being activated, unless the specific promotion states a different timeframe.
All games available on the ckk999 Platform are supplied by third-party Game Providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified. ckk999 does not modify game mechanics, RTP values, or payout structures. The rules applicable to each game are determined by the respective Game Provider and are accessible within the game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome of a round, ckk999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. ckk999 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its direct control, including Game Provider server outages or third-party network failures.
All sports bets placed on the ckk999 sportsbook are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the Help section of the Platform. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of ckk999.
Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. ckk999 operates as an authorised distributor of such content under standard content licensing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ckk999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical malfunctions, game errors, delayed transactions, or interrupted access.
ckk999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect Platform availability. ckk999 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance periods.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. ckk999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the continuous availability of any specific game title or betting market.
ckk999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false KYC documentation, or failure to respond to identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
Upon Account termination for cause, ckk999 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the Player has acted in breach of these Terms, ckk999 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance. If no breach is established, the verified Account balance will be returned to the Player's registered Payment Method within 10 business days.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Remaining Account balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified Payment Method.
